Welcome! My name is Sarah Senst and I’m a unique combination of Licensed Professional Therapist and Coach.

I am dedicated to teaching and supporting grandparents to build deeper, more meaningful relationships with their grandchildren and adult children.

When I became a first-time grandparent, I was filled with great anticipation, excitement and love!

There were so many things I wanted to do with and be for my grandchild.

I also realized this was a new role for me and on a certain level I had no idea what I was doing. Perhaps you feel the same?

  • Do I grandparent the way my grandparents did?

  • Do I parent the way I parented my adult child?

  • Do I want to do it completely differently?

It turned out to be a combination of everything.

For as much joy there was for a sweet new family member, I began to see some potential challenges in relationships with the parents, other grandparents, and family members.

With years of experience in counseling and coaching, I specialize in helping grandparents navigate the unique challenges of intergenerational relationships, including communication gaps, differing parenting styles, and the complexities of modern family dynamics.

Through personalized coaching and educational programs, I equip grandparents with practical tools and strategies to foster trust, mutual respect, and emotional connection. Whether it’s bridging generational divides, setting healthy boundaries, or creating lasting memories, I’m passionate about guiding grandparents to strengthen family bonds and leave a legacy of love and understanding for generations to come.

My mission is to transform family relationships by helping grandparents create meaningful connections that enrich their lives and the lives of their loved ones for many generations to come.
